Our Store Bio
Trek Bicycle West Chester is your destination for the latest products from Trek and Bontrager, service and tune-ups for bikes of any brand, and the best local advice on riding in Chester County and the Delaware Valley. Conveniently located at the West Goshen Shopping Center, our store has been a longstanding member of the local community and joined the Trek Bicycle family in 2017. We are proud advocates for local cyclists, and support great events such as the Brandywine Valley Challenge for Cancer, which begins at our back door. We also love to engage the community with trail work and bike safety clinics in local schools, along with support for the local racing scene. Stop in to chat with us before a mountain bike ride at Harmony Hill Nature Preserve or Marsh Creek State Park, or to plan a casual family ride along the numerous recreational trails directly outside our door. Here’s how we’ll do it:
Listen
We want to know about your concerns, learn about your riding habits, and understand your goals. That way, we can provide exactly what you need to get the most out of your bike.
Inspect
One of our service advisors will put your bike in the stand and run it through our professional inspection process. They’ll describe what they’re noticing and address any concerns.
Recommend
From there, we'll discuss how we can get your bike back up to speed with a service package, on-the-spot adjustments, or replacement parts. We’ll also create an itemized receipt to make sure you’re comfortable with repair costs before we get to work.
Get to fixin’
Leave your bike with us, and we'll do the rest! You'll receive an email and/or text when your repairs have been completed, and we'll be sure to give you a call if anything pops up along the way. Plus, if our turnaround time exceeds 24 hours, we'll set you up with a complimentary demo bike.
