Rescued akitty from myporch, called and was able toget inright after work. Kitty isvery happy tobe indoor and not freezing.

They let mymother inlaw's dog suffer inpain all day for anappointment tobe put down because they couldn't fit her inany sooner. You could hear the poor dog crying out inthe background ofphone calls. Her eyes were sunken inand she was half dead byher appointment time. Ahuge disappointment.

Staff were very friendly and cared for mydogs asa walk inemergency without hesitation even though mydogs have never been here before! Love them and will bebringing all mydogs here astheir new primaryvet!
